Megan and Piper on a woodland trail

Little Wanderer

Trail notes from Megan and Piper — a woman, a border collie, and every path worth walking.

Who we are

I’m Megan. Piper is my border collie — clever, restless, and happiest when there’s mud on her paws and a ridge line ahead. We live for weekends that start before sunrise and end with tea from a camping stove.

This site is our scrapbook: hikes we’ve loved, campsites worth the drive, gear that’s earned its place in the pack, and the quiet moments in between.
